1. Service Agreement

By engaging Majesty Webs for Web Development, Hosting, or Digital Marketing, you agree to provide all necessary assets (logos, content, images) required for project completion in a timely manner.

2. Payment Terms

• Projects require a standard upfront deposit before work begins.
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestones.
• Hosting services are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly/Yearly).

3. Intellectual Property

Once the final payment is cleared, the ownership of the custom website design and code is transferred to the client. However, Majesty Webs retains the right to display the project in our professional portfolio.

4. Hosting & Maintenance

While we provide high-uptime hosting, Majesty Webs is not liable for data loss due to client-side credential mismanagement. We recommend regular backups which are included in our premium maintenance packages.

5. SMS & Communication

We use SMS and Email to send project updates and critical alerts. You can opt-out by following the instructions in the message, but please note this may delay project delivery updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

Majesty Webs shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or third-party plugin failures.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
